A COLD FRONT OVER THE MIDWEST WILL APPROACH THE MID ATLANTIC
THROUGH TONIGHT. THIS FRONT WILL CROSS THE REGION MONDAY...BEFORE
STALLING JUST SOUTH OF THE REGION MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY.
ABUNDANT TROPICAL MOISTURE WILL INTERACT WITH THIS FRONT TO
PRODUCE WIDESPREAD PRECIPITATION AND THE POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY RAIN
THROUGH MUCH OF THE WEEK.
